As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your banking experience, we will upgrade our systems on:
On Friday 13 September from 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Doha Time)
During this period, All QIB’s channels and services will be unavailable including:
- – QIB Mobile App & Internet Banking (Retail & Corporate)
- – QIB Debit & Credit Cards (Except Visa Credit Cards)
- – QIB ATMs
- – PoS Machines & Online Payment Gateway
- – WPS Portal
- – SMS Notifications related to your accounts and cards
Appreciate planning ahead noting that Visa Credit Cards will remain functional all the time.
The upgrade will enable the bank to be completely ready to introduce new and improved benefits & features.
