QIB adds Fanar branch to its evening branches network

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) – Qatar’s leading Islamic Bank – has added Fanar to its network of evening shift branches in order to extend QIB services to client according to their best-suited timings. This move comes in response to request by QIB customers who due to work conditions are not able to complete their banking requirements during regular hours. Furthermore, Fanar branch has the added bonus being strategically placed amongst the Doha business district.
Fanar branch will now open during evening from Sunday to Wednesday 05:00 pm – 07:30 pm and Saturdays from 09:00 am – 12:00 mid-day. It will be providing complete range of services for QIB clients, similar to services provided during the day working shifts, such as opening an account of any type, obtaining financing, receiving debit and credit cards and a host of Takaful services.
The extended working hours at the evening session will enable more QIB clients to perform their banking requirements that meet their expectations from the leading Islamic bank in Qatar.
Furthermore, customers can benefit from using the services provided by the Bank around the clock, all days of the week with more than 160 ATMs located throughout Qatar. Customers can perform banking transactions by logging to their QIB internet banking at https://ibank.qib.com.qa and using the innovative QIB Mobile application which is compatible with all devices and operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows and Blackberry). For inquiries concerning new products and additional services customers can call 44448444 at all times.
The complete QIB network comprises 30 branches covering all parts of the state of Qatar. With this addition of Fanar, QIB network of evening branches has reached nine. Working hours at the following branches: Fanar, Salwa Road, Gharrafa, Al Sadd, Old Airport Road and Al Rayyan are as follows: Mornings Sunday to Thursday 07:30 am – 01:00 pm, evenings Sunday to Wednesday 05:00 pm – 07:30 pm. The working hours on Saturdays are 09:00 am – 12:00 mid-day.
Additionally, the Group branch operates Sunday to Thursday 08:00 am – 01:00 pm and 04:00 pm – 08:00 pm. The branches at both Dar Al Salam Mall and City Centre are open Saturday to Thursday 09:00 am – 02:30 pm and 03:30 pm – 09:00 pm. Friday working hours for said two branches are 04:00pm – 09:00 pm.
