QIB to Serve Customers during Eid Al Fitr Holiday in All Mall Branches

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), Qatar’s leading Islamic Bank, has announced that all its branches in malls will open its doors starting the evening of the second day of the Eid to serve customers.

During the Eid holiday, these branches will offer cash withdrawal and deposit services only.
After the official Eid holidays, all 30 QIB branches will resume work as per their regular opening hours. During this year, QIB has expanded its branch network, increasing its presence in malls, by opening two new branches in Mall of Qatar and Doha Festival city and relocating Al Gharafa branch to Q-Mall. All QIB mall branches work every day throughout the week with morning and evening shifts in place.
QIB also has launched its first Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), titled “Live Teller” at Al Gharafa Branch in Q-Mall. Live Teller is a video-based interactive technology that allows customers to conduct transactions and banking services driven by a centrally based teller, in a highly engaging real time video/audio interaction.
QIB e-channels will remain available at all times (24/7) through QIB Mobile Application, Internet banking, Call center and over 170 ATMs and cash deposit machines spread across the country.
QIB’s management affirms a convenient banking experience for the clients through the mall branches and the 24/7 electronic channels and extends the warmest greetings and wishes to all the people in Qatar on the happy occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
