High Transaction Limit
The MasterCard Platinum Debit gives you greater financial freedom, enhanced purchasing power and true financial flexibility. You do not need to spend time waiting in queues at the branch to perform your transactions. MasterCard Platinum Debit from QIB is extremely versatile and simple to use, you are entitled to:

You simply need to present your QIB Mastercard Platinum Debit Card and boarding pass at the airport lounge’s reception.
Use your Mastercard for an international transaction of minimum USD 1, to unlock 3 months of complementary airport lounge and dining access from the date of the last transaction.

Note:
Once your new Debit Card has been activated, you can only use it for POS and ATM transactions. To activate for Online usage, please login to QIB Mobile App > click on the account related to the Debit Card > click Manage my card > E-Commerce Usage. Upon activating the E-Commerce transaction, you will be asked to set a daily E-Commerce usage limit.

Transactions originating from EEA and UK Countries and merchants under Government, Fuel and Auto dealers as defined by Mastercard rules will be awarded ONLY 50% of Absher points on any QIB Debit Card.
Protection & Warranty
Purchase Protection
Go ahead and shop with a peace of mind. Any item purchased with your MasterCard Platinum Debit will get automatically insured against loss, theft or damage within 90 days of purchase. The item will be replaced, repaired or the cost of the item will be reimbursed.

- Per Occurrence: 3,000 QR
- Annual Aggregate: 20,000 QR
Extended Warranty
The MasterCard Platinum Debit Card comes with the unique benefit of extending your warranty by automatically doubling the manufacturer/retailer warranty for all your Debit MasterCard purchases. This coverage is valid within 24 months of purchase.
