Postpone Finance Installments
As a part of our ongoing efforts to support the financial needs of our customers during these difficult times, selected customers can now postpone their next three monthly personal finance installments by booking a new finance. Payment of the new finance will take place after the maturity of existing finance.
How to Postpone:
- Select Monthly Installment Postponement option in QIB Mobile App
- Go to “My product” – Existing finance
- Select the finance in which Monthly Installment Postponement is required
- Click on “Postpone my Installment” and initiate the mobile journey
- Repayment of the Monthly Installment Postponement installments will be due after the maturity date of existing finance
