Zaki is a conversational virtual assistant, a Chatbot, armed with proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. ’Zaki’, meaning smart, is an additional communication channel for you to interact with us.
Zaki offers customers and visitors relevant and contextual responses to QIB existing and new customers’ queries in a convenient and instant manner.
Zaki General Services to all visitors include:
- Over 500 unique frequently asked questions (FAQs) which will dynamically keep increasing based on the most frequent enquiries.

- QIB branches and ATMs Locations
- Find answers to most of your daily enquiries
- Select from a list of tailored products and submit a request for a call back from QIB’s customer service team.
Through the same login credentials to QIB Mobile App or Internet Banking, you can now make several requests via “Zaki” including:
- Requesting a Cheque book.
- Activating/blocking or replacing a card as well as increasing your credit card limit.
- Updating your personal details.
- Enquiring about your accounts balances and transactions.
- Performing transfers within your own QIB accounts, to other QIB accounts, and local transfers to other banks inside Qatar.
Developed with customers’ daily banking requirements in mind, Zaki will allow you to interact with the bank 24/7, transact and receive information or advice on your enquiries directly without the need to visit a branch or call the QIB Call Center.
