Book your branch visit in advance

Skip the queue and plan your visit before you arrive. With the QIB Mobile App, you can now book your branch visits in advance and manage your time more efficiently.

Steps to apply for queuing ticket:

  1. Login to the QIB Mobile App
  2. Tap on the Smart Button on the home screen
  3. Select “Book a Visit”
  4. Choose the branch you want to visit
  5. Select the service type – Customer Service or Teller
  6. View the estimated waiting time and number of customers currently waiting to plan your visit conveniently
  7. Confirm your booking and receive a ticket number instantly

You’ll also get an SMS notification when it’s almost your turn, so you can arrive at the right time without waiting in line.

With QIB’s branch visit booking feature, you can save time, avoid queues, and enjoy a seamless banking experience every time you visit us.
