Steps to apply for queuing ticket:
- Login to the QIB Mobile App
- Tap on the Smart Button on the home screen
- Select “Book a Visit”
- Choose the branch you want to visit
- Select the service type – Customer Service or Teller
- View the estimated waiting time and number of customers currently waiting to plan your visit conveniently
- Confirm your booking and receive a ticket number instantly
You’ll also get an SMS notification when it’s almost your turn, so you can arrive at the right time without waiting in line.
