Update Retail Account Information

In compliance with the regulatory requirements, kindly note QIB regularly request you to update the information related to your account during a certain period.

Failing to comply with this requirement might unfortunately lead to closing your account. QIB will also request you to return any cheques you have and will issue a manager cheque of your available balance and send it to your registered address.

For individual accounts:

  • Login to QIB Mobile App; Tap on “Profile” Page then “My Personal Data” to update all your personal information.
  • If you are not registered to QIB Mobile App, please visit Update Information Page: https://ibank.qib.com.qa/retail/en/kyc/validate-qid and enter your QID number, expiry Date and RIM Number to update your personal information.
