Terms and Conditions
- The campaign is valid from 15th April – 14th June 2024.
- All customers participating in the draws must hold a valid Visa Signature and Infinite Credit Card to be eligible to participate in the campaign.
Draw Criteria:
- Criteria for Visa Signature and Infinite Cards:
- Signature and Infinite Credit Card only – domestic & international POS/Online spends
- Minimum Domestic spends on POS/Online of QR 1,000 per transaction for 1 entry in the draw (Customer can have multiple entries for every QR 1,000 spends)
- International Spends of QAR 1,000 per transaction will give 2 chances to the draw (Customer can have multiple entries for every QR 1,000 spends)
- Cash withdrawal transactions on Credit Card are not eligible for the draw.
- The prize draw will be held on 20th June 2024 and the location will be determined by QIB. The location and date is subject to change.
- Cardholder will be contacted on their contact details stored in QIB systems.
- In case, Cardholder is non-contactable, he/she will forfeit the prize.
- QIB will attempt to contact Cardholder 3 times over a period of 3 working days.
- Winners will be notified by QIB and will be contacted via email by Visa for travel/accommodation arrangements and event tickets.
- The winner must inform the Bank, name of his companion before 25th June 2024 in order to be able to make necessary arrangements with Visa for hotel reservations. Once nominated, companion cannot be changed & only the nominated companion will get the ticket.
- The winner and the companion are traveling on their own responsibility and the Bank is not liable in any shape or form of any mishap or travel inconvenience.
- QIB accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or any other person in connection with, or in the use of the prizes.
- The winner does not have the right to sell the packages, neither the Olympics event tickets nor travel voucher/tickets.
- If the winner rejects the prize or is non-contactable, QIB management shall decide on how to utilize such packages and Airline booking based on MOCI’s decision.
- QIB Staff, Visa Staff & their Family members will not be eligible to enter the draw
- QIB reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the campaign in the event that abnormal usage patterns are suspected

- There will be total of 3 Packages for 3 Winners, each package includes:
- Return Economy Class Air Tickets for 2 from Doha to Paris.
- Hotel accommodation, with double occupancy for 3 nights in Paris
- Two category B tickets to attend Olympics 2024 (winner and one companion)

- The Olympics tickets & Airline travel bookings are non-transferable and cannot be encashed and will be directly provided by Visa.
- Winners will be travelling to Paris based on the below schedule
- Winner 1 – 28th July to 31st July 2024 (for Swimming, Tennis Olympics events)
- Winner 2 – 31st July to 3rd August 2024 ( for Swimming, Athletics Olympics events)
- Winner 3 – 9th August to 12th August 2024 ( Breaking, Closing Ceremony Olympic events)
- The winner and the companion will be responsible for securing their travel Visas to France in order to travel; QIB is not liable for acquiring any travel visas to France.
- Winner, alone, is responsible to procure any/all Insurances/Takaful as maybe required/associated with their travel plans to France.
Others:
- Cardholder participation in this campaign will also serve as his full consent to participate in all publicity activities by QIB, and to allow QIB and its appointees to use his personal data to the extent necessary for the effective conduct of the campaign/publicity which may include the passing of such personal information to third parties.
- The winner has to also abide by all the terms & conditions laid out by Visa and International Olympics Committee.
- QIB is not responsible and will not entertain any claim from the winners in case there are circumstances which restrict/ cancel the itinerary.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Prize Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- Tickets to the Olympics 2024, whether awarded as a prize and/or are included as part of a promotion, must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such tickets from time to time by IOC. Such terms and conditions are contained in the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Tickets and the Stadium Code of Conduct (which can be reviewed by IOC). By accepting tickets as a prize and/or as part of a promotion, the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions

- These T&C are governed by Qatari laws and the courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of or in connection of these T&C.
