E-IPO
You can now subscribe to any future IPOs electronically via the QIB Mobile App. The E-IPO functionality allows pre-registered customers to subscribe to an IPO for themselves and their dependents that are below the age of 18 within a few minutes, hassle free, paperless and without the need to visit a branch.
Customers who have subscribed to the previous IPO from QIB, have already been pre-registered to subscribe to any future IPO. If you are registered, you can login to your QIB Mobile App, tap on “More” and you will be able to see the E-IPO button.
However, other customers, that were not part of the previous IPO need to pre-register to E-IPO in order to be able to subscribe.
How to Register
- Download and login to QIB Mobile App
- Tap on “More”
- Tap on E-IPO
- Than on Register to E-IPO
- Confirm your personal information
- Upload your QID image front and back side
- Confirm your information
- Enter the OTP to submit request
- You are good to go
Once the request has been submitted, QIB will review your request and confirm registration within 2 working days. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification SMS informing you that you are able to subscribe online.
How to Subscribe:
If you are already registered, you can easily subscribe to any future IPO, once available, following the below simple steps:
- Login to QIB Mobile App
- Tap on “More”
- Tap on E-IPO
- Select the IPO you wish to subscribe to
- Choose the account you wish to use for the subscription
- Select subscribers
- Enter the number of shares
- Review and confirm the subscription details
- Enter the OTP to submit request
- You are successfully subscribed
How to Register Dependents*:
If you are a registered to E-IPO, you can register and subscribe on behalf of your dependents that are below the age of 18 following the below simple steps:
- Login to QIB Mobile App / Internet Banking
- Tap on “More”
- Tap on “E-IPO”
- Tap on “Manage Dependents”
- Than tap on “Add New Dependents”
- Provide your dependent information
- Add new dependent identification document
- Upload front & backside of QID or Passport
- Enter the OTP to submit request
- Your request is successfully submitted
Once the request has been submitted, QIB will review your request and confirm registration of dependents within 2 working days. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification informing you that you are able to subscribe on behalf of your dependents online.
