A variety of transfer services:

  • Transfer from one account to another under the same RIM* (original account number)
  • Transfer to another customer's account in QIB
  • Transfer to other banks inside and outside Qatar

A variety of Visa Electron Card services:

  • Request for ATM card or PIN replacement
  • Add and remove an account to the card
  • Activate or block your ATM card
  • Apply for ATM card transaction dispute

A variety of credit card services:

  • Request for credit card or PIN replacement
  • Activate your credit card
  • Block your credit card (permanent or temporary)
  • Request for credit card statement by fax and email
  • Request for temporary or permanent limit increase on your credit card

A variety of fixed deposits services:

  • Break time deposit before the maturity date
  • Break time deposit at the maturity date
  • Change of time deposit terms
  • Request a new Cheque Book*
  • Register and activate SMS Banking
  • Update your SMS Banking details
  • Request support for Internet Banking registration and logon
  • Request support on Internet Banking transactions
  • Register for E-Statement for accounts and credit cards
  • Request for an account statement by fax and email
  • Provide your feedback and suggestions on any of the bank’s services
  • Pay your utility bills (KAHRAMAA, Qtel, and Vodafone)
  • Make donations by transferring money to a predefined list of charity organisations in Qatar
