Postponement of Finance Installments for Selected Qatari customers

As a part of our ongoing efforts to support the financial needs of our customers during these difficult times, selected Qatari customers can now postpone their next three monthly personal finance installments by booking a new finance. Payment of the new finance will take place after the maturity of existing finance.
  • If you are eligible for this offer, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number to apply for installment postponement.
  • You can then contact our call-center on 4410 9910 and provide the required details to register for installment postponement.
  • Cut-off date to register for instalment postponement is 20th of the month, for which the postponement is requested.
  • If eligible, you will receive an SMS to apply for the postponement service (based on internal criteria of the Bank)
  • You can then contact our call-center and request for the installments postponement
  • Call center agent will receive and register your request and then send it for processing
  • Then, you will receive a commodity buy and sell SMS message for commodity transaction
  • A new finance amount will be disbursed into your account, but the amount will be kept on hold to pay the next 3 monthly instalments. On the due dates, your monthly installments will be deducted automatically from this newly disbursed finance amount.
  • Payment of the new finance will be on 3 installments due after maturity date of existing finance
  • No overdues or past dues in any of the existing finances
  • Remaining finance tenor should be more than 6 months
  • Current finance that is being postponed must be taken more than 3 months earlier
  • Takaful and commodity fees are not applicable
  • Payment of the new finance will be on 3 installments due after maturity date of existing finance
