Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) is participating as a Receiving Bank in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dandy Ltd Company (Q.P.S.C.), giving eligible QIB customers a convenient way to subscribe to the offering.

Eligible individual and corporate customers can subscribe during the public subscription period from 7 October to 20 October 2026, subject to the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions set out in the Dandy Offering Prospectus.

The easiest and most convenient way to subscribe is through the QIB Mobile App. Subscription is also available at selected QIB branches for customers who are unable to subscribe digitally.

Who Can Subscribe?

The Dandy IPO public subscription is available to eligible Individual Investors and Corporate Investors in accordance with the Offering Prospectus.

Individual Investors

Qatari nationals are eligible to subscribe to the Dandy IPO.

Each individual investor must submit their own subscription application. An individual cannot subscribe on behalf of another adult investor.

A father or legal guardian may subscribe on behalf of a minor under 18 years of age as at 20 October 2026. A subscription made on behalf of a minor is treated separately from a subscription submitted by the father or legal guardian in their own name.

Corporate Investors

Legal entities incorporated in the State of Qatar and holding a valid Commercial Registration issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry may subscribe, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in the Offering Prospectus.

Corporate investors must submit their subscription in their own name and in accordance with the applicable authorized signatory requirements.

How to Subscribe

  1. QIB Mobile App – Recommended

The QIB Mobile App is the easiest and most convenient way to subscribe to the Dandy IPO.

Eligible QIB customers can complete their subscription digitally without visiting a branch.

  1. Subscribe at Selected QIB Branches

On exceptional basis, individual customers who are unable to subscribe through the QIB Mobile App may complete their subscription at Old Airport or Q-Mall branches during the applicable branch working hours and within the IPO subscription period.

Customers subscribing at a branch must provide the required subscription information and supporting documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in the Dandy Offering Prospectus and Subscription Application Form.

For Corporate Investors

Eligible corporate investors must visit QIB Corporate Branch and submit their applications in the name of the legal entity and provide the required corporate and authorized signatory documentation in accordance with the Offering Prospectus and Subscription Application Form.

Subscription Period

The Dandy IPO public subscription opens on:

Wednesday, 7 October 2026

and closes on:

Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 11:59 PM Doha time.

Subscription through QIB branches is subject to the working hours of the selected branches.

Customers are encouraged to complete their subscription early and use the QIB Mobile App wherever possible.

Important Subscription Information

The Selling Price is QAR 5.01 per Offer Share.

The minimum subscription is 200 shares. Any subscription above the minimum must be made in multiples of 50 shares, up to a maximum subscription of 5,150,000 shares, subject to the applicable terms and ownership restrictions.

Submitting a subscription application does not guarantee that the full number of shares requested will be allocated. Allocation will be carried out in accordance with the mechanism specified in the Offering Prospectus.

Multiple subscription applications in the name of the same Individual Investor or Corporate Investor are prohibited. A subscription submitted by a father or legal guardian on behalf of a minor is considered separate from the subscription submitted by that person in their own name.

Any excess subscription amounts following final allocation are expected to be refunded no later than 3 November 2026, in accordance with the Offering Prospectus.
